HVAC Installer/Helper 

Position Summary: 

Easter Heat & Air is seeking an HVAC Install Helper to become a part of our team! You will assist with the installation and repair of various machinery and equipment. You will be trained in all aspects of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning installation. Competitive pay, friendly hard working team and a positive work environment. HVAC is a great field, the knowledge and training is non-ending. We'd love to have you join our team.

Easter Heat & Air prides itself on being the company that provides the best customer service possible. The company's service area has grown as the company has grown including the Erath County area along with the surrounding area's (Hico, Glen Rose, Morgan Mill. etc). As of 2013, Easter Heat & Air was purchased by current owners Chris and Sheila Williams. We currently have a great team and would love to have a friendly, eager to please customers and hard worker join our team.

Work start and end time: 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday (Weekends, Overtime and Evenings on occasion during the peak season)

Fixing an Air Conditioner

Pay Scale: Based on Experience + Spiffs, Company Health & Life Insurance, and Bonus. 

Required Qualifications:
• Valid driver's license, No Criminal Background

• Insurable driving record

  • Assist with the installation and repair of HVAC systems.

• Be familiar with basic tools or willing to learn.
• Perform other duties as assigned. Such as part runner etc.
• Following instructions for picking up and delivering parts, tools, materials, and supplies to and from the job site.
• Coordinating with our great team members to provide excellent customer service


Qualifications desired:

  • Ability to handle physical workload

  • Ability to work well with our great team

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask

  • Must have a valid driver license

  • Must be able to pass a drug test
